6. Do you use any fixed template for essays? Do all the essays edited by your consultants look same?
We don’t use any fixed template. The essay drafts are written by the applicant. Our admission experts review and edit the application essays. But they don’t write an entire essay. For more information, please refer the MBA Essay Writing and MBA Essay Editing sections.

8. Do MBA schools consider essay editing as unethical ?
MBA schools know that applicants take service of Manhattan, Kaplan , Veritas etc to improve their GMAT scores. Schools also know that many applicants get their essay reviewed by their friends. In recent chat with many ADCOM members, we have observed that schools don’t consider professional essay review and editing unethical. But when a consultant or friend writes an essay on behalf of the candidate, then surely schools take an exception.

As admission experts, we will help you to strengthen your application essays. We will guide you throughout the entire application process. But we won’t write an entire essay.

9. I had some bad experience with some other essay consultant. They promise sugar candy mountain but after I made payments, they didn’t take much interest in my essay. How can I be assured that the same thing will not happen with you as well ?
Well, until you take our service, we really won’t be able to win your confidence. When you go to a doctor, you really don’t know whether he will provide you the appropriate treatment. No matter what we write in our website, you won’t be able to judge the quality of our service. Hence, you can first take a token service on one essay and in case we are able to win your trust, you can purchase rest of the services.

10. Do you provide service for Law, Medical and other Graduate schools essay as well ?
Yes.

12. Can I just ask some of my friends to review and edit my essays instead of using your service?
Yes. But only in case your friend is very knowledgeable on the entire selection process and he will be able to provide you world class service on selecting the right “stories” to portray your holistic leadership personality.

13. What is your success rate?

Very good question. We tried to measure that during the initial few years but failed to calculate it to any meaningful degree of accuracy.

Reason # 1: Not all applicants take our service for all the essay of a particular school. In case you take service for only one essay and then get admitted or rejected, then neither we can count that as our success or failure. Because, out of entire application, you just took our help on one essay.

Reason # 2: For those applicants, who have purchased an entire school essay package, our contribution was just limited to admission essays. We worked to ensure that he gets an interview call. But, we didn’t influence the outcome of the interview.   

Reason # 3: Candidates, who purchased our service for all the application essays and MBA interview, are good subset to measure the success rate. In that category, our success rate till date has been above 90%. This is in spite of the fact that many applicants apply to some of the most competitive schools such as Harvard, Stanford, LBS, ISB and IMD.

Even though, we have been able to track our success rate for the category 3, calculating the overall success rate is impossible. In case some consultant is stating that he has 70% success rate, be careful and ask him how he has arrived at that number.
